Hello summer days.

It's finally summer and I keep forgetting to post on here... Dx

Finals, and freshman year are over. I went to Maine the first week of summer with my dad for some wind turbine groundbreaking ceremony stuff on Vinalhaven. I got to see my Sheababy on our way home! Last Saturday Shea came to visit me and give me my birthday presents! (My birthday is on the 28th and he won't be able to see me Dx) HE IS SO FREAKING ADORABLE!!!!!! I LOOOVE HIIIM

Just touching upon this point, like no one reads this blog..AT ALLL so I'm not even sure why I post anymore, which is probably why I post once a month or something like that. But I do have a message to put on here at the moment.

I never realized how fast time could go by. I mean my freshman year in high school went by in a bizarre, fast flash. Summer's almost half way over and in the fall I'm going to be a sophomore. It's scary to think about it all. In a year I'll be driving and in one and a half I'll have to be looking and seriously thinking about colleges. Things used to go by so slow and now, I wanted things to speed up, I wanted to grow up. But now I want to stay young and not have to worry about things. I want time to stop and I want to enjoy everything I can without having to worry about growing up and time moving waaay too fast.

I'm glad it's summer, I get to be lazy and just relax, not worry about anything. It's the long, warm summer days that need to be enjoyed and taken advantage of. Friends need to be held close and cherished, and lovers too.

Things change, people change, and when things are different, they can't go back to the way they used to be. But that's what high school, and growing up, is all about...
